Ada W. Fritch

Ada W. Fritch, 95, of Silvis, formerly of Kewanee, died Saturday, December 26, 2020 in Savannah, Georgia. Ada was born April 21, 1925 the daughter of Edgar and Rose (Chesser) Phelps. Ada married Arthur E. Fritch, September 4, 1944 in Lacon, Illinois; he preceded her in death on November 25, 2016.Ada is survived by three daughters, Waneta (Richard) Black, Beardstown, IL, Diana (David) Cannon, Cambridge, IL, Christina (Arthur) Greene, Richmond Hills, GA; one son, Greg (Shirlee) Fritch, Silvis, IL; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and six siblings.Ada was a homemaker. Ada enjoyed traveling with Arthur, they traveled to Germany and enjoyed their time with Greg in California. She also spent time gardening. Ada especially loved spending time with her family.Memorial services will take place at a later date.
