Austin M. Huggins, 17, of Kewanee, died Sunday, March 28, 2021. Austin was born May 23, 2003 in Kewanee the son of Daniel Montgomery and Kimberley Huggins. Austin is survived by his parents; Daniel Montgomery, Kewanee and Kimberley (Brian Shoen) Huggins, Kewanee; brother, Chase R.C. Huggins, Galva; maternal grandmother, Judy Durnil Huggins, Kewanee; paternal grandparents, John L. and Rebekah (Binkley) Montgomery, Decatur, IN; maternal great-grandmother, Gladys (Calvert) Durnil, Kewanee; girlfriend, Angelica Patricio; his close friends, Dominique Lopez, Kewanee, Audri Roberts, Kewanee. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Wiley D. Huggins; great grandfather, William H. Durnil; paternal great grandfather, John B. Montgomery; and an uncle, Robert G. Huggins.Austin enjoyed hanging out with friends. He also enjoyed watching superhero movies, cooking, playing Xbox, going for walks, and playing catch with his brother.Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, April 2, 2021 at Schueneman-Tumbleson Funeral Home. Pastor Andrew Christman and Pastor Jared Strode will officiate. Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial to be established.
