Charles T. Brown

Charles T. Brown, 69, of Omaha, NE, formerly of Kewanee, died Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at his home. Charles was born June 2, 1951 in Fontana, CA, the son of Frank R. and Margaret (Zimm) Brown. He attended schools in Fontana where he earned a GED. Charles is survived by his sister, Laura (Steve) Heath, Iowa; brother, Marvin Parish, Pennsylvania; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Sharon Woodworth.Charles moved with his family back to Kewanee in the 70's. He worked for Walworth Company as a guard. Charles enlisted in US Army in the 1980's as a missile specialist. He was stationed in New Mexico. Later, Charles worked for the Salvation Army in Omaha. He was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan. Charles belonged to a chess club and enjoyed model trains. He belonged to the Lakeview Bible Church in Omaha.Graveside Memorial Services will be at 2:00 pm on March 19, 2021 at Pleasant View Cemetery.
