Charlotte Elliott

Charlotte Elliott, 79, of Toulon, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Arcadia Care Toulon. She was born on October 3, 1946, in Hannibal, MO, the daughter of Joseph and Dorothy (Yates) Woolery. She married Stanley Roberts they later divorced. She worked as a CNA and was a caregiver. She loved going to church for fellowship and helping with projects.

Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Lorie Giesler; two sons, Joseph Elliott, Richard Elliott; three grandchildren, Rachel, Leam and Wyatt Roberts; two sisters, Patricia “Pat” (Bill) Hudson, Rebecca Armistead. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Tawnya Marie Dinzine; one son, Jerry Elliott, Jr.; and one sister, JoAnn Stevens.
