Harvey Loughe Obituary

Harvey A. Loughe, 82, of Kewanee, died Saturday, February 20, 2021 at his home. Harvey was born June 16, 1938 in Kewanee, the son of Theodore and Katherine (Fesler) Loughe. He attended Kewanee Schools. Harvey married Amelia Wysowski on December 27, 1974 in Kewanee.Harvey is survived by his two sisters, Doris Groy, Kewanee, Norma Mercer, Kewanee; stepson, Edmond Clong, stepdaughter in law, Beth Clong, stepdaughter, Rosanne (David) Anderson, Kewanee; eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Harvey was preceded in death by his wife, Amelia; son, Christopher Loughe; stepson, Mark Clong; stepdaughter, Kathryn Foreman; great granddaughter; and brother, Vernon Loughe.Harvey served in the United States Army. Harvey worked for Case IH. Harvey was a member of Saint John Paul II Catholic Church. He enjoyed planting flowers and square dancing in his younger years. Funeral Services will be 1:00 pm, Monday, March 1, 2021 at Schueneman-Tumbleson Funeral Home. Deacon Marty VanMeltebeck will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Military Rites will be accorded by the Kewanee Veterans Council. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until the time of service on Monday, March 1, 2021 at the funeral home. Masks required, please observe social distancing guidelines.Memorials may be made to Saint John Paul II Catholic Church.
