Jeffrey Euchaski

Jeffrey Euchaski, 68, of Daytona Beach, FL, died Sunday, October 4, 2020 at the Hospice Center in Edgewater, FL. He was born September 23, 1952 in Kewanee, IL. His parents were John and Martha (Hamilton) Euchaski. He graduated from Wethersfield High School and Southern IL University. Jeff is survived by his mother, Martha, of Kewanee; wife, Cathy; daughters, Nicole (Justin) Williams, Clinton, IL, Kristin (Tyson) Keever, Daytona Beach, FL and step daughter, Jill Pesce of FL; five grandchildren; brother, John (Jacki) Euchaski of LA; sister, Jane (Lyle) Kenaga of FL; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, John. He worked for Yemm Chevrolet in Galesburg, IL for many years. He also taught automotive technology at Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg, IL. Jeff enjoyed boating, fishing, golfing and watching the Cubs and Bears. Private family services will be held at a later date in Florida.
