Lucero Morado Avilez, de 39 años, de Kewanee, murió el viernes 25 de noviembre de 2022 en su casa rodeada de su familia. Lucero nació el 9 de octubre de 1983 en Guanajuato, México, hija de Javier Morado Mosqueda y Josefina Avilez. Se casó con Omar Favela en Cambridge.

A Lucero le sobreviven sus padres; esposo; dos hijos, Brayan Morado, Refugio Morado; hija, Betnany Favela; hermanos, Osvaldo (Beatriz Mendoza) Morado, Heriberto (María Bravo) Morado; hermanas, Alma (Damian Sarabia) Morado, Rosa Maria Morado, Imelda Morado, un sobrino, Javier Morado; su suegra, Irene Herrera, cuñados, Noel Favela, Jesús Favela; y su cuñada, Marisa Favela. Le precedieron en la muerte su anterior esposo, Refugio Quiroz Magdaleno; suegro, Antonio Favela; cuñado, Marcos Favela; y su anterior suegro, Daniel Quiroz.

Lucero era ama de casa. Fue miembro de la parroquia de San Juan Pablo II. Lucero disfrutó bailar, ir de compras, cocinar y salir. Le gustaba especialmente pasar tiempo con su familia.

El velorio será de 4:00 p. m. a 9:00 p. m., el lunes 28 de noviembre de 2022, en Golnick-Schueneman Funeral Home. Los servicios del rosario serán a las 9:00 pm del lunes 28 de noviembre de 2022 en la funeraria y a las 9:30 am del martes 29 de noviembre de 2022 en la funeraria. Una misa de cristiana sepultura será a las 11:00 am, el martes 29 de noviembre de 2022, en la parroquia de San Juan Pablo II. Se podrán hacer memoriales a la familia Favela Morado. Lucero Morado Avilez, 39, of Kewanee, died Friday, November 25, 2022, at her home surrounded by family. Lucero was born October 9, 1983, in Guanajuato, Mexico, the daughter of Javier Morado Mosqueda and Josefina Avilez. She married Omar Favela in Cambridge.

Lucero is survived by her parents; husband; two sons, Brayan Morado, Refugio Morado; daughter, Bethany Favela; brothers, Osvaldo (Beatriz Mendoza) Morado, Heriberto (Maria Bravo) Morado; sisters, Alma (Damian Sarabia) Morado, Rosa Maria Morado, Imelda Morado, one nephew, Javier Morado; her mother-in-law, Irene Herrera, brothers-in-law, Noel Favela, Jesus Favela; and her sister-in-law, Marisa Favela. She was preceded in death by her previous husband, Refugio Quiroz Magdaleno; father-in-law, Antonio Favela; brother-in-law, Marcos Favela; and her previous father-in-law, Daniel Quiroz.

Lucero was a homemaker. She was a member of Saint John Paull II Parish. Lucero enjoyed dancing, shopping, cooking and going out. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 9:00 pm, Monday, November 28, 2022, at Golnick-Schueneman Funeral Home. Rosary services will be 9:00 pm, Monday, November 28, 2022, at the funeral home and at 9:30 am, Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Saint John Paul II Parish. Memorials may be made to the family Favela Morado.
