Paula J. Sprowls

Speer – Paula Joy Sprowls, 79, of Speer, passed away peacefully at 6:34 a.m. Friday, December 12, 2025, at her residence. Paula was born on May 11, 1946, in Speer to Ernest and Pauline (Thompson) Sprowls. 

She is survived by a brother-in-law, Michael Cutler of Wyoming and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Nancy Cluney, Wanda Cutler and Janice Studer; two brothers, Danny Sprowls and Carl Sprowls; and one nephew, Brian Cox. 

Paula worked for the State Bank of Speer as a bookkeeper from 1995 until her retirement in 2017. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed time spent maintaining her yard and garden at her home. 

There will be no public services at this time. Haskell Funeral and Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
