Roxanne N. Freeborn, 67, of Kewanee, died Saturday, July 31, 2021, at Kewanee Care Home. Roxanne was born June 22, 1954. She is survived by her dedicated friend, Karen Heying. She was preceded in death by her special friend, Steven Dobrowski. Roxanne enjoyed caring for her five birds, making jewelry, and enjoyed scary movies.
