Sherry J. German

Sherry J. German, 57, of Kewanee, died Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at her home. Sherry was born June 24, 1963 in Kewanee, the daughter of Edwin "Bud" and Mary Ann (Rosebecke) German. Sherry is survived by two children, Kevin (Brooke) Kelley, Kewanee, Angie (Jerry, Jr.) Westefer, Kewanee; five grandchildren, Brady, Bryson, Keyton, and Kolsyn Kelley, and Jaxon Westefer; brother, Bobby German, Galesburg; brother, Alan (Karen) German, Kewanee; sister, Debbie Heinz (Mike Wierzycki), Kewanee, twin brother, Larry (Lisa) German, Kewanee; and many nieces and nephews of whom she loved. She is preceded in death by her parents. Sherry worked at Boss Manufacturing as a picker. She enjoyed painting ceramics, rocks, and anything she could get her hands on. Sherry loved gardening, flowers, and yardwork. Sherry's entire world revolved around spending time with her grandchildren, they were the light of her life. Visitation will be from 3:00 - 5:00 pm, Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Schueneman-Tumbleson Funeral Home. Masks required and please observe social distancing guidelines. Celebration of Life will immediately follow at the Flemish American Club. Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial to be established.
