Tiffiny J. Hallman, 48, of Kewanee, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at her residence. Tiffiny was born on November 17, 1977, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the daughter of John Fyok and Tammi Hallman-Smith. She attended Fresno High School, graduating with the class of 1995.
Tiffiny is survived by her fiancé, Jimmy Hollins, Sr., Kewanee; son, Jonathan Hallman, Lubbock, Texas; two adopted children, Kimberly Kerg, Kewanee, Dustin Kerg, Kewanee; and two sisters, Tabatha Kerg, Lubbock, Texas and Becky Self, Kewanee. She was preceded in death by her mother, Tammi Hallman-Smith; a brother, Dustin Kerg; ex-spouses, Darryl Tuttle and William Self (Lori Quanstrom); mother-in-law, Dorothy Crain.
Tiffiny worked at Pines and the Shell Gas Station. She enjoyed collecting giraffes and Buddas. She kept a stern household of motherly factors, you could hear her before you could see her. She was a social butterfly and could put a smile on most faces. “Crazy Tiff” has stunned hearts.
