Wanda Richardson

Wanda M. Richardson, 75, of Kewanee, died Saturday, January 15, 2022, at OSF St. Luke's Medical Center. Wanda was born August 12, 1946, in Springfield, the daughter of Jewell Laverne and Nancy Talina (New) Edgar. Wanda married Larry Richardson on October 17, 1966, in Moline; he survives. Wanda is also survived by five children, Paul Richardson, Layton, Utah, Marcia Williams, Glasford, Illinois, Larry W. Richardson, Bath, Illinois, Mark Richardson, Kewanee, Juanita "Dita" Richardson, Kewanee; 26 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; three sisters, Nancy Louise (Fred) Barrett, Jacksonville, Illinois, Delores Johnson, Crowley, Texas, Judith Hoffman, Davenport, Iowa; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Harry and Albert Edgar; and a grandson, Stephen Pyle.Wanda was a bus driver and a homemaker. She enjoyed crafting, genealogy, canning, and gardening. She loved her Lord and Christian music. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9:30 - 10:30 am, Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Schueneman-Tumbleson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am, Saturday, January 22, 2022, at the funeral home. Services will also be livestreamed on the Schueneman-Tumbleson Funeral Home Facebook Page. Pastor Andrew Christman will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery.
